Over the past 4 years, the UTCI has worked to create a strong and prosperous international platform in both China and America especially seeing developments in California and Jiangsu. We seek to lower innovation barriers within both nations by promoting collaborative efforts. Foreign companies, investors and governments should be confident that the UTCI works tirelessly to support both nations equally. We hope to promote economic prosperity for all.
