UTCI is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization approved by the IRS to build partnerships across the pacific using the long-lasting mutual cooperation of the two countries to achieve agreements, as well as to promote economy, culture, education, science and technology aspects of incremental development.

Our headquarter is located in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, California, and we have our offices in China located in Nanjing of the Jiangsu province. UCTI has set up branches and offices across the North America, making long-standing relationships with local communities and titans that carries influences. By hosting meetings and forums, UTCI is aimed at building contacts and next-generation innovations for our members. 

Since its establishment in 2016, UTCI has been committed to create a win-win cooperation platform for the collaboration of China and the United States, produced many exchanges and visitations between China and the United States that have won the acceptance of various organizations. UTCI will also be on the journey in the future, together with interested parties to promote the development of the Sino-US friendship, mutual assistance and to share common efforts. We welcome any organizations and individuals interested with the development of Sino-US relations to join our big family and contribute.
